Just back from leafy Surbiton where the magnolias and daffodils are blooming lovely. Our garden has a few daffodils in bloom and, if it would stop raining for a day or two, some gardening might get done.
New Zealand will be tightening their gun laws in the aftermath of the mass killings in Christchurch. Hatred has many forms, white supremacism just another ignorant, bigoted ideology. Those who hold the view that white coloured skin, or more accurately pink flesh, endows people with superior status are clearly stupid. The fact that fascist claptrap is rearing it’s ugly head all over the world is so sad. Diversity poses no threat to sane communities and enriches society with a broader cultural experience.
I am typing this guff on my phone because my Windows update is taking forever on my notebook gizmo. So that’ll have to do for now…
