My wife’s bike is a Raleigh Motus Tour. The design is thoughtful and the power assistance gives quite a boost.
My bike is a Boardman hybrid. The handlebars make you stretch forward and the power assistance is less noticeable than the Raleigh.
Belfast Bicycle Workshop did a good job replacing the handlebars with a swept back version and raising them about 10cm.
The roads are still bumpy (no front suspension) but I seem to feel it less in my new riding posture. I ride and I ride and I ride … Iggy Pop sang.
