I love good Italian style coffee. My De Longhi bean to cup machine makes a reasonably good espresso, but it’s not as good as coffee from a professional machine.
For that I go to La Bottega on the Lisburn Road. I hadn’t visited since before Christmas and received a warm welcome from the owner, Francesco. He was keen to hear what I thought of their new coffee, Seicento from Vergnano.
It has a smooth, strong taste full of subtle flavour. The company supplied the machine and stylish espresso cups to La Bottega to ensure the perfect coffee experience. It’s got my vote.
