I had hoped to be more organised on my postgraduate distance learning course in Philosophy. That didn’t happen and I fell behind within the first couple of months.

I continue to do the reading and may yet submit an essay for the third assignment, but I won’t be eligible to take the second part of the course and write a thesis.

I could come up with excuses such as the   disruption of the renovation and moving back into our home, but I know that I should have made more effort.

I will gather my thoughts about consciousness and try to put forward an argument and counter argument that summarises the knowledge argument and ability argument. At this stage I don’t see how learning how to do something is not learning facts, but merely acquiring an ability.
