If you were suffering with PTSD you may be tempted to put questions to AI. I would urge caution. If the release from the torment of troubling thoughts is achieved by repeated ranting about those events AI might tell you that this is progress and not failure. While I agree that ranting is no indication of failure, AI has no knowledge about how you have addressed your mental health difficulties to date. It is in no position to judge the progress you are making or lack of it.
You might benefit from a different approach. Psychiatrists can help to untangle the pain caused by past events and, if necessary, prescribe medication to relieve the suffering.
