Authentic Italian

I love La Bottega, the Italian restaurant on the Lisburn Road in Belfast. Everything about it is authentically Italian, the music, the espresso, the menu and the charming owner, Francesco. When I have finished studying philosophy I occasionally reward myself with something to eat. It might just be bread with oil and a glass of Sicilian wine but occasionally I have a pinsa (flatbread topped with a variety of meat, cheese and sun-dried tomatoes) but I must try the Seasonal Primo pasta dish. The ingredients sound delicious: Ricotta and Atlantic Lobster Bottoni Pasta, Lobster Sauce, Compressed Green Apple and Celery, Tarragon, Lumpfish Roe.
