Monday closing

I often forget that La Bottega closes on Mondays, as do the bars on the Lisburn Road and the Ulster Museum. Luckily there’s no shortage of places serving good coffee in Belfast. Today I joined Richard, a former colleague, at Sojourn for a coffee and a catch-up. In town later on I enjoyed poached eggs on toast and an espresso at Established, a popular café opposite Saint Anne’s cathedral. The WiFi was good and the eggs perfectly cooked.

Some studying got done on Global Justice, but more importantly I reviewed my tutor’s feedback on the assignment I had written on Consciousness and property dualism. His notes were quite detailed and should help me write a better essay next time.
