I got soaked on my short cycle across Belfast this morning. After my appointment I had planned on stopping off at La Bottega to do some studying on the way home. With that in mind, I bought a pair of jeans in a charity shop. I was a bit worried that they wouldn’t fit and I would have to go straight home to get out of my wet clothes.
Fortunately, I have lost a couple of inches off my waist and I sat at the bar to have a Bruschetta and warmed my hands on a mug of hot water in my dry jeans.
