This is not what you think, unless you were thinking his oven delivery has been delayed, in which case you’re bang on.
Ordered a Bosch in-built oven on 7th January from Argos – told delivery would be 16th February – accepted delay reluctantly – checked online to see why they had not delivered – new delivery date 8th March. The miscreant had got up early to wait for the delivery…and he’s willing to do it all again on 8th March – what a guy!
At least I had a chance to clear away the cobwebs and grease from the hole the oven sits in. I’ll be sliding the old oven back in for a wee bit more baking. I have yet to crack the tarte tatin. Scones, oatie biscuits and ham shanks – no bother.
