We are on holiday, staying in a beautiful apartment overlooking the ancient church of Sainte Croix and the cobbled square. Tonight we had Lebanese food and then stumbled upon a Brazilian bar where a Salsa band had the place jumping. I ordered a couple of beers, one of which exploded all over the bar. It’s hot.
