POTUS the ridiculous has now expressed solidarity with a diplomat’s wife fleeing UK justice. A young man on a motorbike was killed by the American woman who was driving her car on the wrong side of the road.
Having assured police that she would not leave the country, she used diplomatic immunity to do just that.
The victim’s parents feel let down by the lack of pressure put on the USA by the Foreign Office to cancel the diplomatic immunity to a woman who’s careless driving took the life of a young man.
Speaking at the press briefing on Wednesday evening – after his conversation with the prime minister – Mr Trump said: “The woman was driving on the wrong side of the road, and that can happen.
“You know, those are the opposite roads, that happens. I won’t say it ever happened to me, but it did.
“So a young man was killed, the person that was driving the automobile has diplomatic immunity, we’re going to speak to her very shortly and see if we can do something where they meet.”
What does that mean? Where who meets? Do what? She is a fugitive from justice abusing diplomatic immunity.
