I have just finished helping my wife complete her retirement pension form. Apart from a spelling mistake, the Adobe document was a pain in the neck to complete online. Even converting it to Word format didn’t solve all the formatting problems. We had to accept that the form would have to be printed and some boxes completed by hand

Another irritating thing, while I’m having a whinge, is a large saucepan that does not work on our new induction hob. It worked on the induction hob at the house we rented, but for some reason won’t work on the IKEA hob.
