My third physio session corrected my mistaken belief that I only had 3 exercises to be carried out once a day. It was supposed to be 3 sets, 3 times a day for 3 days.

It’s now 6 different exercises (5 lots of 10 seconds and 1 harder exercise for 5 seconds) three times a day for three days separated by a rest day.
The shocker is that my physiotherapist said that unless I strengthen my leg muscles, I will find it harder to walk and get up from the ground.
