I have been waiting 6 weeks for an order of only six bottles of wine to be delivered. I had previously ordered wine without a hitch from Fine Wine Company Ltd. I mistakenly went online and logged into the wrong website.

Fine Wine Direct had told me that I had not paid the correct delivery charge for Northern Ireland which is why my delivery was held up. Weeks later my order had still not been delivered. Tracking DHL showed that it had been delivered and signed for by John.

I had not received the wine, had  not signed anything for DHL and informed Fine Wine Direct. They said they would look into it. Needless to say I haven’t heard back from them. I have asked for a refund.

Please don’t make my mistake. Avoid any dealings with this company.
