Geographical stats

Feedback is hard to come by, particularly if you are writing a blog that people can chance upon randomly. Jetpack provides data on the readership of this blog by country.

China

I am intrigued to see that there are one or two people in China who take the trouble to read the rambling posts that I occasionally publish. It would be interesting to know how you got here. Was it Google, AI inspired, or personal recommendation?

If you want to leave a comment, I can’t guarantee that I’ll respond, so there is no pressure. Private browsing is sacrosanct, so I should just be less curious I suppose.

A long time ago I wrote a blog about Mongolian hunters who trained eagles to hunt for them and was delighted when Mongolia popped up on my readership stats. I even Google translated some nonsense into Mandarin when I was keen to conquer China. China, with its huge population, had been noticeable by its absence from my stats. I should just be delighted that my reach has now extended to such an important nation.
