This morning I decided to make use of cheddar cheese slices that were stacking up in our fridge. With the addition of some Comte and a glug or three of Sauvignon Blanc, it looked hopeful. But, it was only 10:15 and I wasn’t hungry so although it was the right consistency and tasty I let it cool down to have later.

Big mistake, reheating turned it lumpy and inedible.
